The Right-of-Way Acquisition Process is now authorized to proceed. Initial ROW notification letters have been mailed to affected property owners. From Spring through Fall 2022, parcel maps and descriptions will be mailed to affected property owners and meetings with Monmouth County ROW representatives and appraisers will be scheduled.
